Questions, problems or something that looks wrong? Email us and a person on the Felspar team will reply.

Get help

Email hello@felspar.ai. We aim to respond within two business days. This is a best-effort target, not a service-level agreement.

If your company has a pilot with Felspar, you can also use the contact channel agreed for the pilot.

What to include

The more of this you can share, the faster we can help:

  • your company or workspace name and the email you sign in with;
  • where it happened: the web app, ChatGPT, Claude, the API, the MCP server or an agent;
  • the job ID, and the release ID or execution ID if you have them;
  • any error code and path in the response, such as source_access_required or answer_choice_needs_excerpt;
  • when it happened, with your time zone, and the steps that led to it.

Please don’t send agent API keys, passwords, Google or Notion tokens, whole confidential documents or your customers’ personal information. If we need more, we will ask for the least we can.

Common questions

Felspar can’t read my Google Doc

Felspar can open only Docs you pick in Google’s file picker, with your own access. If you see a message asking you to reconnect, or a source_access_required error, reconnect Google Drive on the Sources page in the web app and check that you can still open the Doc in Google.

Disconnecting Google Drive

Use Disconnect on the Sources page, or remove Felspar in your Google Account under Third-party apps and services. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to sources you already added.

An agent key was lost or exposed

Agent keys are shown only once. A workspace owner or approver can revoke the key on the workspace page and register the agent again to get a new one. A revoked key is refused on its next call.

Privacy and data requests

To access, correct or delete your information, email hello@felspar.ai. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.

Report a security issue

If you think you have found a vulnerability in Felspar, email hello@felspar.ai with a description, the steps to reproduce it and its likely impact. Please don’t share it publicly until we have had a reasonable chance to fix it.

When testing, please:

  • use only your own accounts and workspaces, and stop if you reach anyone else’s data;
  • avoid anything that could degrade the Service for others, such as load or denial-of-service testing;
  • not use social engineering, phishing or physical attacks.

We will acknowledge your report, keep you updated and credit you if you would like. For good-faith security research that follows this guidance, we consider the activity authorized and will not pursue or support legal action against you for that research. Use only accounts and data you own or have permission to test; avoid disruption, privacy violations, social engineering and accessing or retaining others’ data. Stop and contact hello@felspar.ai if you encounter sensitive data, and allow reasonable time for remediation before disclosure. This safe harbor applies to systems we control and cannot authorize testing third-party systems or bind third parties.

Bring one decision.
Map where it changes.

Tell us about a qualification rule, approved claim or operating policy you maintain across tools. We’ll map the owners, consumers and cost of a change, then decide whether a pilot is useful.
